Terms & Conditions
Effective date: 1st January, 2026
Acceptance: These Terms govern your use of the AllDays mobile app, website and services (the “Platform”). By registering, booking or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Who can use the Platform: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form legally binding contracts in India. You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information when creating an account.
Accounts and security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, fraud or misuse.
Services and bookings:
AllDays is a marketplace that connects Users with third-party Vendors (studios, trainers). Vendors deliver the Sessions and enter into a contract with you when you book.
AllDays facilitates bookings, payment processing, and provides the Platform features.
Booking confirmations will be sent to your registered contact. Vendors may require you to show ID or follow venue rules.
Pricing and payments:
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. You must pay the Customer Price plus GST and any other taxes.
Payments are processed through our payment partners. AllDays does not store full card details unless explicitly stated.
If a pricing error occurs, we may cancel the booking and refund you.
Cancellation and refunds:
Cancellation and refund policies are set by Vendors and are shown during booking. AllDays enforces platform cancellation and refund procedures.
If a Vendor cancels the Session, you will be offered a refund or rebooking per policy.
Refunds processed via payment partners may take several business days to reflect in your account.
Conduct, health and safety:
Disclose any relevant health conditions to Vendors where necessary for safe participation.
Follow trainers’ and venue safety instructions and local laws. Vendors may refuse service where safety is at risk or where venue rules are violated.
Do not misuse the Platform, harass other Users or Vendors, or engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
User content and reviews:
You may post reviews, ratings and other content. By posting, you grant AllDays a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce and display that content for Platform operation and promotion.
Do not post unlawful, infringing, abusive or offensive content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.
Vendor listings:
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings (prices, schedules, descriptions). AllDays attempts reasonable checks but does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
Any dispute about the quality of a Session should be raised with the Vendor and AllDays support. AllDays is not the provider of the Services.
Liability limitation:
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” AllDays uses reasonable efforts to ensure availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Vendors provide Sessions. AllDays is not liable for personal injury, health issues, property damage or other losses arising from Sessions to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllDays’ aggregate liability for direct damages arising from these Terms is limited to the higher of: (a) the total commissions AllDays earned from you in the preceding six (6) months; or (b) statutory minimums required by applicable law.
AllDays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, except where caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify, defend and hold AllDays and its officers, directors and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Platform, or your negligent or wrongful acts.
Termination and suspension: We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You can close your account via settings or by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding obligations (payments, refunds, disputes).
Dispute resolution and governing law:
We will try to resolve disputes amicably within 30 days. If unresolved, disputes will be finally resolved by arbitration in Mumbai under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will be conducted in English and the seat will be Mumbai. There will be one arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement; if the Parties cannot agree within 14 days, the appointing authority under the Act will appoint the arbitrator.
Either Party may seek interim injunctive relief from courts where necessary.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms with an effective date. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
Miscellaneous:
Relationship: You and AllDays are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates employment, agency or partnership.
Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy and other platform policies constitute the entire agreement between you and AllDays regarding the Platform.
