Alldays is partnering with Sheetal Core Pilates to bring you two back-to-back Pilates sessions designed to energize your body, strengthen your core, and set the tone for your day.

We’re hosting two distinct sessions on the morning of 25th April, each with a different focus:

9:00 – 10:00 AM | Cardio Pilates

A dynamic, low-impact session that blends Pilates with light cardio to elevate your heart rate while maintaining control and form. Expect fluid movement, rhythm, and a full-body burn.

10:00 – 11:00 AM | Core Burn Pilates

A slower, more focused session targeting deep core strength, stability, and control. Designed to help you build strength from within and improve overall posture and alignment.
